概況縱覽

香港中文大學(xué)EMBA項(xiàng)目是香港首個(gè)提供此類計(jì)劃的項(xiàng)目。該計(jì)劃最初于一九九三年由香港中文大學(xué)商學(xué)院提供，是一項(xiàng)為期兩年的兼讀課程，在香港研究生商業(yè)教育方法上是獨(dú)一無(wú)二的。
香港中文大學(xué)商學(xué)院于兩年前再次獲得AACSB的認(rèn)可。
EMBA課程的目的是提升和發(fā)展學(xué)習(xí)者的現(xiàn)代管理的基本技能和知識(shí)，并為高級(jí)管理層的一般管理職責(zé)做好準(zhǔn)備。 監(jiān)獄企業(yè)和管理層的復(fù)雜性增加，高級(jí)管理人員也面臨著的新的挑戰(zhàn)，該計(jì)劃旨在提高參與者的分析和決策能力，并提高其企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。同時(shí)，考慮到香港在中國(guó)和亞太地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略地位的背景，項(xiàng)目中也會(huì)著重強(qiáng)調(diào)其相關(guān)性。

The EMBA (Executive MBA) Program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong is the first program of its kind offered in Hong Kong. The program, initially offered by the CUHK Business School in 1993, is a two-year part-time program that is unique in its approach to graduate business education in Hong Kong.
The CUHK Business School was again accredited by The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International) two years ago.
The EMBA program was established with the objective of developing in our participants the essential skills and knowledge for modern management, and preparing them for general management responsibilities at the senior executive level. In light of rising corporate and managerial complexity and new challenges facing senior executives, the program aims to improve participants’ analytical and decision-making capabilities, and enhance the competitive advantages of their enterprises. Relevance will be emphasized in the context of Hong Kong’s strategic location within China and the Asia-Pacific region.

2，相當(dāng)于學(xué)士學(xué)位的專業(yè)資格，通常具有：至少7年的資格后工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，包括5年的管理職位，并擁有負(fù)責(zé)工作的高級(jí)管理職位。

Have obtained a Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications equivalent to a degree, normally, have at least 7 years of post-qualification business or relevant work experience, including 5 years in a managerial position, and hold a responsible, senior management position.
